Regular Clean
Receive the same cleaner for your recurring house cleaning service. Having a regular cleaner takes the worry out of ever having to clean your own home.
🔔 Services are hourly and the completion of each task is dependent on the total hours you have booked. Cleaning is only performed on internal areas.
All Rooms:
- Furniture dusted
- General straightening
- Floors vacuumed/mopped cleaned
- Mirrors cleaned
Bathrooms:
- Cabinet exterior cleaned
- Countertop/Sink cleaned
- Fixtures cleaned
- Shower/Bathtub cleaned
- Toilets cleaned/sanitised
Kitchen:
- Appliance exteriors cleaned
- Cabinet exterior cleaned
- Countertop/Sink cleaned
- Cooktop and Splashback cleaned
- Table/Chairs dusted
Housekeeping (upon request):
- Bed sheets changed
- Bed Made
- Clothes Folded
- Rubbish emptied
- Dishes Washed
*Additional time will be required for these housekeeping duties; changing bedsheets, folding clothes, washing dishes and emptying rubbish.
*Areas cleaned must be reachable by hand. We do not clean display areas with fragile trinkets and ornaments , electronics, nappy bins, pet waste, any kind of bio-hazard, external windows, any area outside of your home. We do not provide rubbish removal services.
Once Off Clean
The inclusions for this service is the same as a Regular Clean. A One Time Clean is an excellent option for those who need a clean occasionally. This service is not suitable for an end of lease/vacate clean.

Deep Clean
This is an intensive type of cleaning service. It is ideal for a spring clean, end of lease clean, move in/move out clean.

Blinds lightly dusted (upon request), walls spot cleaned (upon request), skirting boards wiped, architraves wiped, cobwebs removed, bathroom ceiling exhaust fans cleaned. These tasks will take additional time and they can only be completed if there is sufficient booking time. We are unable to deep clean blinds and walls.
*The client must supply a 2 step ladder for the cleaning of bathroom ceiling exhaust fans or any other area that can’t be reached by hand (picture rails etc).
*We do not clean display areas with fragile trinkets and ornaments, electronics, nappy bins, pet waste, any kind of bio-hazard, light fittings, heating ducts, BBQs, external windows and any area outside of your home.
*We do not provide carpet steam cleaning services or rubbish removal services.

There are no lock in contracts! You can stop the service at anytime.
Yes, for Regular cleaning you will always have the same cleaner. Your cleaner will be committed to their schedule and service your home on the same day and time on a recurring basis. If your cleaner is sick we will endeavour to to arrange a replacement cleaner for you.
The cleaning service is charged hourly. The cleaning prices are available on our website.
You don’t need to be home for the cleaning service. However if you can arrange to be home, especially for the initial clean this can be a good opportunity to be able to provide your cleaner with instructions. This is also good for the purpose of giving your cleaner a walk through of your home.
Every house or apartment is different and requires a different amount of time to clean. The two biggest factors that determine the amount of time required for cleaning are the condition and size of the home. Most clients book in the range of 2-4 hours.
The cleaning service is provided by a single cleaner coming to your home. In some cases a team of cleaners may do the cleaning.
Yes, you are able to arrange a time and day that suits your schedule. If your cleaner is unavailable on the day or time that you require the cleaning service we will endeavour to arrange another cleaner for you.
Yes you can. You can be confident that your cleaner is a lovely person. We are very picky with the cleaners that are accepted for registration into our agency. All of our cleaners have been interviewed, police checked and vetted.
The cleaner won’t hold onto keys to your home. If you won’t be home for the cleaning service you can communicate a safe location (lock box etc) on where you will leave a key for them.
Unfortunately the option to purchase Gift Cards at this moment is not possible.
Payment needs to be made directly to the cleaner, not to Maid to Care. Payment is due in full, on the day of the clean. Please pay you cleaner directly via cash or EFT.
For NDIS, Veteran Affairs, insurance and aged care recipients, your Cleaner will invoice your provider for payment.
Absolutely. If you require a receipt please request this from your cleaner after each clean. Your cleaner will be able to provide you with a receipt for the service they are providing.
The cleaner will provide the products and use your equipment (vacuum and mop). It is more hygienic for the cleaner to use your equipment.
Yes. Our goal is for your to be happy with your cleaner. Please tell us if you would like to arrange a different cleaner for your home. We value feedback and would like to be certain that you are completely satisfied with the service.

Based in Melbourne, Maid to Care started as a boutique domestic cleaning business where our clients could speak to us, directly. This is important to us. We wanted our clients to feel like they were special, because to us, they were.
